What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
If a request exceeds your plan's available hours, we provide a separate written quote before beginning work. You can choose to approve the additional scoped hours or defer the item to your next billing cycle.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans carry a 30-day minimum commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 14 days written notice before your next monthly renewal.
Who owns the code and configurations created?
You own all code, configurations, infrastructure scripts, and documentation upon delivery. Work is committed directly into your version control repositories.
How do you handle sensitive business data and credentials?
All credentials are exchanged via encrypted secret managers with time-limited, revocable access. We operate under strict least-privilege principles and never store customer databases on our personal machines.
What happens if I stop or pause my monthly subscription?
All delivered software continues running untouched in your infrastructure. Because there are no proprietary runtimes or vendor lock-in, your team can maintain or modify the code independently.
