FOR UK B2B OUTBOUND AGENCIES

Start with the real workflow,
not a generic automation pitch.

Outbound and GTM teams use different data, tools, and review practices. Aethonex helps assess one actual prospecting workflow and whether its inputs, approval steps, and supported action path make a bounded implementation feasible. Not every agency needs another outbound tool.

A WORKFLOW TO ASSESS, NOT A UNIVERSAL NEED

Prospecting can spread out.
One bounded path may be worth reviewing.

Operations may combine databases, enrichment, spreadsheets, and automations. Whether to change them depends on the actual handoffs, inputs, and approval requirements.

01   Fragmented tools

We assess the actual data, handoffs, and approval steps before recommending a change.

02   Manual research

We assess the actual data, handoffs, and approval steps before recommending a change.

03   Repeated work across clients

We assess the actual data, handoffs, and approval steps before recommending a change.

04   Brittle integrations

We assess the actual data, handoffs, and approval steps before recommending a change.

05   Growing operational complexity

We assess the actual data, handoffs, and approval steps before recommending a change.

WHAT THE OPEN-SOURCE CORE DOES

Signal in.
Reviewed action out.

01   Customer-provided CSV or another approved, supported signal source
02   Research and prioritization against agreed operating rules
03   A human approval step before an action
04   An action result recorded where the selected provider supports it

Prospect Dominion is MIT-licensed and self-hostable. Provider and input support must be checked against the current release; this is not a universal connector or hosted multi-tenant SaaS offer.

CURRENT COMMERCIAL PATH

A paid review or pilot only follows when the outbound workflow is feasible.

01 / FREE

Workflow Fit Call

A short conversation to determine whether a relevant workflow and feasible next step exist. It is not a free technical audit or free implementation.

Free15–20 minutes
02 / FEASIBILITY

Workflow Feasibility Review

Delivery target: 2–3 business days. Includes one discovery session, one sanitized CSV sample of up to 50 rows, a workflow map, compatibility and risk findings, and a written, bounded implementation recommendation. No implementation or deployment is included.

£400 UK$500 US
03 / DESIGN-PARTNER PILOT

Prospect Dominion Workflow Pilot

A 30-day initial paid design-partner engagement, subject to feasibility. Scope is one bounded workflow in a customer-controlled environment: supported CSV input, one implemented prioritization path, one human approval gate, and one already-supported and tested action provider or type. The current scope is up to 200 target accounts and five users, subject to feasibility. It includes documentation, handover, agreed acceptance criteria, and provenance, action-result, or audit functionality where supported.

£2,500 UK$3,000 US
04 / OPTIONAL AFTER DEPLOYMENT

Workflow Care & Improvement

Available only after successful deployment where ongoing support is appropriate. Includes up to four defined hours of maintenance or small changes and one operational review. Hosting, third-party costs, major development, and 24/7 support are excluded.

£750 UK / month$950 US / month

These are initial test prices, not prices validated by completed customer purchases. Scope, data, provider support, and feasibility are confirmed before paid work begins.

START WITH THE FREE FIT CALL

A short conversation,
not a free audit or implementation.

The call determines whether a relevant workflow and feasible next step exist. If not, we will say so.
