What We Need From You
We operate under strict data-minimisation principles. You never need to hand over production database logins or customer personally identifiable information:
- ✓Subscription Spend List:A summary of your recurring software tools with monthly or annual cost, seat count, and team allocation.
- ✓One Sanitized Workflow Export:A sanitized sample export (CSV, spreadsheet, or schema) representing the data that flows through your highest-friction workflow.
- ✓A 20-minute Scoping Call:A brief initial Fit Call to confirm operational context and verify that the workflow is within practical bounds.
What You Receive
Delivered within 2–3 business days as a comprehensive written report and architecture blueprint:
- ✓Software Spend Map:A categorised breakdown of subscriptions with per-seat escalation analysis.
- ✓Keep, Replace or Build Classifications:Clear designations for each subscription, highlighting which to retain as SaaS and which to replace.
- ✓Realistic Run-Cost Modeling:Estimated monthly hosting, backup, and ongoing engineering maintenance hours compared directly to vendor fees.
- ✓Risk & Feasibility Assessment:Technical risks, security requirements, and a definitive written recommendation.

Review FAQs
Why do we need a Fit Call first?
The free 15–20 minute Fit Call ensures your company has sufficient recurring software spend or workflow complexity to justify the £400 / $500 Review. If your stack is already lean or commoditised, we will tell you not to buy the Review.
What data do you need to conduct the Review?
We only need a list of your recurring software subscriptions with their monthly or annual costs, and one sanitized sample data export (CSV, spreadsheet or JSON with names and real customer identifiers removed) for the primary workflow under consideration.
Does the Review include code or implementation?
No. The Review is strictly an architectural and financial assessment delivered as a written report. If you choose to commission an implementation afterwards, we provide a separate fixed-price quote for a Workflow Pilot.
Do you promise cost savings?
No. We never promise savings. In many cases, our written recommendation is to keep existing SaaS tools because self-hosting overhead would outweigh subscription savings. Our value is an honest, mathematically sound analysis.
