The Private Mandate
Aethonex operates on the principle of Complete Ownership Transfer. Unlike standard SaaS providers, Aethonex does not host your instance in a shared cloud environment. Instead, we architect a private, hardened environment that is fully transferred to your organization upon deployment.
Upon completion of the deployment handover, the client assumes full control. Aethonex retains zero backdoors, zero metadata access, and zero visibility into the operational logic of the deployed infrastructure. You are the sole administrator and operator of your environment.
OWNERSHIP CONFIRMATION: Liability for system integrity and security hygiene shifts entirely to the Client following the validated deployment handover and access credential transfer.
Infrastructure Licensing
Aethonex Core
Perpetual license for the underlying kernel and orchestration layer. Immutable, irrevocable, and non-subscription based.
Studio Environments
User-interface and tool-chain licensing. Grants one-time operational rights to the visual deployment suite.
Acceptable Use Protocol
As an operator-to-operator infrastructure provider, Aethonex expects technical maturity and ethical rigor from its partners.
- 3.1 No use of deployed infrastructure for harmful, illegal, or adversarial AI applications.
- 3.2 No attempts to circumvent encryption standards or undermine security protocols.
- 3.3 Maintain server hardware within recommended operating thresholds during sustained workloads.
Data Boundaries
Zero-Egress Architecture
Complete Data Isolation Guaranteed
Our architecture uses physical and logical data isolation. Once data enters your Aethonex-deployed environment, it remains entirely within your network boundary. We do not collect analytics, logs, or usage data of any kind. Optional status reporting to our support dashboard requires explicit operator authorization.
Service Termination
"Once the deployment is complete, you own everything. No recurring fees. No lock-in."
Termination of service does not mean the deletion of your infrastructure. Since you own the license and the deployment, "termination" simply defines the end of Aethonex's maintenance support and security update cycle.
NOTICE: Termination of managed support is permanent. Once support ends, Aethonex cannot recover credentials or reset administrative access on the client's behalf.
