What does the Stack Escape Audit cost?
$2,500 fixed. Founding Clients pay $1,500. If you proceed with a recommended build within 30 days, the fee is fully credited to that build.
What do I receive and how quickly?
Within five business days of access, you receive a Stack Escape Report: SaaS inventory and true-cost report, replacement architecture, 12-month savings projection, risk notes, and fixed-price build quote, followed by a 45-minute readout.
What does the build cost?
Client Reporting & Automation Replacement is $8,500–$12,000 fixed, scoped from the audit. The Founding Client range is $6,000–$8,500. Delivery is typically 2–3 weeks.
Do we own the system?
Yes. The client owns the cloud account, code, credentials, configurations, and data from day one. The foundation is open source and the handoff includes a runbook and recorded training.
Will you switch off our current tools immediately?
No. Scoped reporting and automations run in parallel before cutover. The project is complete only after the delivered work is verified, backups are tested, and your team can access everything.
Is ongoing support required?
No. Essential support is $1,200/month; Growth is $2,500/month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice and continue to own the system.
